The Crane Trust Nature & Visitor Center features a catering kitchen, an executive boardroom, and auditorium. Located conveniently just off I-80, it’s the perfect place to meet.

Hourly Rate: $50 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
Full Day Rate: $300

Nature & Visitor Center Auditorium

The 50’ x 52’ auditorium space accommodates 100 people lecture style or 75 people banquet style at rectangular tables. Round banquet tables are available and can seat up to 48 comfortably. Room comes equipped with dim and full lighting, three smart TVs, DVD player and an amazing sound system. Wireless internet access is available. The room is lined with Nebraska themed art work filling it with warmth and character. The Executive Boardroom can be added to this rental, when available, for an additional cost.

Nature & Visitor Center Boardroom

The boardroom accommodates up to 17 people. The rectangular table comfortably seats 12. Wireless internet access and a large bluetooth wall-mounted monitor are included. The room is quiet, comfortable, and secluded, with outside windows. Be sure to allow time for your meeting group to visit the gift shop and art gallery down the hall!

Set in the midst of historic prairies, the Crane Trust Wild Rose Ranch is a one-of-a-kind destination on Crane Trust’s private land, located several miles south of Interstate 80. Please contact us to inquire about meeting space for your group (up to 35 people). Some lodging options may be available for partner organizations with scheduled meetings on site. Availability is limited.
